Ph.D. in Law from the University of Liège (1991). Professor at the Law faculty of the University of Liège (Social Law). Co-director of the Université Palais Commission. Member of the editing committee of the Revue de Jurisprudence de Liège, Mons et Bruxelles (JLMB). He is partner.

Jacques Clesse is the author of several books and numerous publications on Social Law. He regularly holds lectures on subjects relating to Social Law.
