Master in Law from the University of Liège (1992). Erasmus program in Ferrara (Italy). Attorney at law at the Liège bar since 1993. Member of the Université Palais Commission, Social Law section. Member of Lawyers Without Borders and participation in the project "Justice pour tous" (Justice for all) in Rwanda in 1999. He is partner.

Olivier Moureau is the author of publications on Social Law. He also deals with subjects relating to construction law and responsibility law.
